Over the past 16 years in Real Estate, Ted have served more than 300 wonderful families in Clark County in SW Washington and Multnomah County in the Portland Metro area. Focusing on his clients’ objectives and goals, Ted provides them with a positive, memorable experience every step of the way. Teds business is about helping people and educating his clients on the journey of homeownership. Whether its finding you a home, investment property, lender or helping you get the most out of selling your home, he is here to guide you through the process. Ted takes his business of serving and helping people very serious but he does not take himself too serious because he likes to give his clients a fun and enjoyable experience.

A licensed Real Estate Designated/Principal Broker, Ted is in the process of implementing the Goodlife Broker Blueprint into his brokerage and he is also in the final stages of completing his real estate Instructor Development course work to start teaching and training continuing education classes. Ted will be teaching classes on various real estate, technology and social media subjects.
